Building Surveyor - Hybrid Woking (Home / Site / Office) - Oxfordshire - Client Side Role - Commercial & Corporate Properties - Daily Rate £300 - £350 CIS / Self Employed or £220 - £250 PAYE- Long Term, 6-12 months initially.

Additional duties for the Building Surveyor in Oxfordshire include:

• To fulfil the client-side role, commissioning works and monitoring the output of the client’s contractors.
• Assessing the condition of existing client owned stock.
• Experience in managing varied workstreams and surveying vacant and tenanted commercial properties.
• Stakeholder engagement and client side experience would be advantageous.
• You will maintain records and provide reports to the Manager on progress. You will also contribute to the creation of future programmed work and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will bring enthusiasm, energy and a "can do" attitude to the role. Helping to create a service that is agile and fit for purpose now and for the future.
