Building Surveyor - Niyaa People : Job Details

Niyaa people are on the lookout for a well experienced Building Surveyor to join a consultancy based in South East London. This role will be focusing on JCT and SHDF contracts on the residential side.Role- Building SurveyorSalary- £60,000 (negotiable)Location- ElthamHybrid split- 3 days in officeResponsibilities of the Building Surveyor:

• Contract administration responsibilities on JCT and SHDF contracts.
• Conduct through building surveys on residential properties
• Project manage retrofit and refurbishment works

Skills needed for the Building Surveying role:

• Must have worked for a consultancy beforehand
• JCT or SHDF contract experience
• Building surveying experience
