Job Opportunity: Warranty Inspector (Modular Builds)

Responsibilities:

• Factory-Based Sign-Offs: Conduct thorough inspections of modular units during the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
• On-Site Visits: Visit construction sites to verify the installation and performance of modular components. Collaborate with site managers and contractors to address any issues promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential warranty-related risks and work proactively to prevent them.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warranty inspection, preferably within the modular construction industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with modular building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
