The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will engage in a diverse range of tasks, embodying the consultancy's commitment to delivering comprehensive services.

The Building Surveyors' responsibilities will encompass a variety of professional work, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, contract administration, and building surveys.

Additionally, the Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to manage projects, with a particular focus on the commercial sector, including hospitality, refurbishments, and new builds, with project values of up to £70m.

The Building Surveyor

• A strong academic background in Building Surveying.
• Experience in professional surveying work, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, and contract administration.
• Project management experience, ideally within the commercial sector.
• A commitment to achieving MRICS status, with the consultancy offering comprehensive APC support.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
