Building Surveyor - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join our clients, a specialist Surveying and Planning Consultancy in Suffolk. Our clients are looking for a RICS accredited qualified Surveyor, with the ability to recommend building works and follow the project through from conception to completion. The position involves liaising with architects on designs, tendering and contract writing. The position is available on a hybrid basis, with a mixture of home and office working

Working hours:

As you’ll be required to work Monday - Friday

The successful Building Surveyor will be offered:

• £30,000 - £45,000

To be considered for the Building Surveyor role you must have:

• Project Management experience
• RICS qualifications
• Building Condition experience

As a Building Surveyor, your role will involve the following:

• Attending premises and making building recommendations
• Following the project from conception to completion
