Building Surveyor - Acorn by Synergie : Job Details

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated freelance Building Surveyor for their client in Bath. You will be working with a company that specialise in a wide variety of projects ranging from new builds to renovations.

This position offers a pay rate of £350 a day. You will be responsible for conducting building surveys, providing expert advice and recommendations, and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Your responsibilities:

-Carrying out surveys (Level 3 Home Survey, Level 2 Home Survey and New Homes Snagging Surveys)

-Providing thorough verbal feedback to clients, following survey inspections

-Report writing (currently with Microsoft Word)

-Research of costs associated with repairs

-From new builds to planned and reactive maintenance

-Always providing the best advice and service to the clients

Our client is looking for someone who is a team player, has excellent communication skills, and can work well under pressure. In addition, the ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of construction and building regulations, as well as advanced technical knowledge and experience using industry-standard software. RICS qualification is a must for this role.
