We are seeking a skilled and strategic Building Information Lead, also known as an Asset Manager, to join our clients Estates team. This role is central to the development and implementation of digital estate management strategies, including BIM and Common Data Environment (CDE) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of clients strategic CDE proposal and pilot programme.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Pilot CDE and capital project interactions.
• Implement assurance processes for structured project information.
• Support BIM and Government Soft Landings (GSL) processes.
• Develop procedures, policies, systems, and guidance documentation.
• Drive change management initiatives and document lessons learned.
• Create BIM guidance and propose solutions for historical data management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in BIM and Information Management (ISO19650).
• Strong understanding of CDEs, document control, and the "golden thread" principle.
• Experience with Government Soft Landings and procurement strategies.
• Ability to lead strategic improvements across large estates.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Working towards RICS (MRICS/FRICS), RIBA, or IAM.
• Project Management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, MSP).
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
