You will also be providing technical advice, reports, and recommendations to clients, insurers, and contractors. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• MRICS / Assoc. RICS / MCIOB etc or progression towards a professional qualification
• Previous experience in subsidence engineering or a similar role
•  practical and hands-on approach to work
• A creative and analytical mind
• A good eye for detail and quality
