BTL Mortgage Advisor

Salary: 32k (OTE 60-70k)

Location: Kent

We are working with a multi award winning brokerage based in Kent who are looking for a Buy-to-Let Mortgage Advisor to join their team. You will have access to a portfolio of active, loyal clients and new warm leads. After being with this company for 1 year you will have the opportunity to become self-employed with full support during the transition. You must have experience as a BTL Mortgage Advisor for this role.

BTL Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience needed to become a BTL Mortgage Advisor;

• You MUST have experience as a Mortgage Advisor working in a Whole of Market background.
• You MUST have at least 1 years experience as a BTL Mortgage Advisor.
• CeMAP qualified and CAS achieved.
