A large and International Construction Consultancy are looking for a Principal Designer to undertake Building Safety Act 2022 design responsibilities. The Principal Designer (Building Safety Act 2022) will work from an office 2 days a week. Despite a hybrid nature, the role offers a family-feel team with great progression opportunities as they have an impressive reach within the UK.

Building Safety Act Principal Designer (BSA 2022)

The Principal Designer will be an experienced Architect or Building Controls professional, with good knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 regulations. Holding memberships such as RIBA, CABE, CIOB or any other relevant membership to Architecture, Design or Building control will be very beneficial.

Building Safety Act Principal Designer (BSA 2022)

• Degree level within either Architecture or Engineering
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act 2022
• RIBA or CABE preferable
• Project experience working on Building Safety Act 2022 preferable
