My client, an established Lloyd's Broker is seeking a Spanish speaking Broker Support to join their dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and client service skills who is fluent in Spanish and eager to build a career in the insurance market.You will play a key role in supporting the Property team, ensuring seamless placement and servicing of international accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is keen to work in one of the most prestigious markets in the world.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support to brokers in the placement and servicing of accounts. Liaise with Spanish-speaking clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and high service standards. Assist in preparing and processing market documentation, slips, endorsements, and renewals. Maintain accurate records and handle administrative duties related to compliance and regulatory requirements. Support with client presentations, reports, and market submissions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and client needs are delivered. Skills & ExperienceFluent in Spanish (written and spoken) Previous experience in the London market Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail. Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with both clients and underwriters
