Reed FE is working with a College in Walsall and are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Brickwork Lecturer to join the Construction team on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be working 22 hours per week.
About the Role:
As a Brickwork Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to students across a range of brickwork and construction-related courses. You’ll inspire learners to achieve their full potential and prepare them for successful careers in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in brickwork and construction techniques.
- Support students with practical and theoretical learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry experience in brickwork or construction.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to student success and professional development.
