Your new companyMy client is a reputable engineering consultancy specialising in mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) engineering. With a growing international presence, they are committed to sustainable building practices and environmental excellence.Your new roleAs a BREEAM Assessor, you'll play a pivotal role in assessing and evaluating building designs for their sustainability performance. Your responsibilities will include:
What you'll need to succeedCertification: You should be a qualified BREEAM Assessor, knowledgeable about various BREEAM assessment types (e.g., New Construction, In-use, multi-residential, RFO) and their requirements.Education: Ideally, you'll have an educational background at the degree or master's level in a relevant field.Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a BREEAM Assessor is required.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), MEES (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards), and other sustainability-related concepts is beneficial.
