Responsibilities
This role focuses on driving brand marketing initiatives to support sales across Amazon (as the primary sales channel) as well as other social media platforms.
Brand Building (30% of time)
- Contribute to defining the brand’s strategic positioning through in-depth market research, including target audience analysis, industry trends, and competitors’ insights.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing and external agencies to shape the brand which aligns with our business objectives while resonating with our target consumers.
- Assist in developing an integrated brand marketing strategy, including budget planning and success metrics to ensure effective execution.
- Ensure that all marketing activities feel local and personal, articulating market nuances to team members less familiar with the market.
Brand Activation (70% of time)
- Repurposing and editing content, including videos and imagery, for social channels and the Amazon brand page.
- Support the execution of brand activations, such as brand campaigns, new product launches, and sales promotions, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Assist with affiliate marketing initiatives, including campaigns on TikTok Shop.
- Stay current on evolving content trends and storytelling techniques across all social media platforms.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains an unified tone across all social media channels and the Amazon brand page.
- Track paid advertising, including performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads) and paid social media campaigns.
- Brand community management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or social media management.
- Experience in agency management, publisher, or brand environments.
- Be data-driven and comfortable using data to elaborate your ideas.
- Experience in marketing functions within the homeware or home smart appliance sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and CapCut is a plus.
- Required. Proven experience using generative AI, image generators (DALL·E / Midjourney) and AI video/edit tools to produce on-brand creative at scale. Comfortable building prompt templates, validating outputs, and embedding AI into workflows.
