Brand Marketing Manager - FMCG, Sports, Lifestyle - up to £65,000 DOE

Full-time · On-site - Hertfordshire / North London (with some travel)

The Role

This Brand Marketing Manager will lead campaign strategy and execution across social, partnerships, retail and digital channels. You’ll own the brand calendar, partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design, NPD) and create retail-specific launch plans that turn product drops into cultural moments.

You’ll also run athlete and creator programs, brief content production, and ensure a consistent, world-class brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. This is an on-site role, giving you full access to the people, products and culture that make this brand special. What You’ll Do

  • Lead seasonal and evergreen campaigns from concept through to post-launch review
  • Build tailored launch plans for key retail partners and marketplaces
  • Deliver content and brand assets that inspire both consumers and retail partners
  • Activate athlete and influencer partnerships, unlocking unique storytelling angles
  • Orchestrate multi-drop product stories (launch, colour expansions, premium variants)
  • Track performance and use insights to optimise future campaigns
  • Keep the wider business engaged with the brand journey and key wins

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of brand marketing experience in sport, lifestyle, fashion or FMCG
  • End-to-end campaign delivery and strong brand storytelling skills
  • Experience launching manufactured sporting goods across wholesale, retail, marketplaces and DTC
  • Confident working with athletes/creators and activating partnerships across channels
  • Comfortable briefing, creative and collaborating with design/content teams
  • Strategic yet hands-on, commercially minded, and data-aware
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools and generative AI a plus
  • Strong communication skills — able to “grab the room” and bring stakeholders with you
