Visionary Ventures is a newly established sales and marketing company situated in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. We are actively seeking motivated individuals to join our fast-expanding team. The right candidate will play a significant role in helping us achieve our vision by representing clients and providing a top-class customer service experience both Nationally and Internationally.

Here at Visionary Ventures we understand the importance of assessing individuals based on potential rather than previous experience. This is why we are offering the chance to take you through a specialised training programme allowing you to have stability in your role alongside a clear cut progression plan. Our friendly training team are experts at building entrepreneurial mindsets from scratch by teaching leadership, management and business skills along the way.

A day in the life:

• Representing global clients in a professional manner.

• Engaging with a diverse range of customers everyday, building rapport and listening to their needs.

• Building relationships with business professionals across the whole of the UK.

• Training and coaching small groups with the skills you have acquired.

• Using your initiative to problem solve.

• Having a positive attitude towards hitting goals and targets.

Previous experience in Hospitality, Retail, Customer Service, sales or Marketing will be beneficial but not essential. Please note: you must be available on a full time basis and reliably commute to Glasgow City Centre daily.
