Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nourish relationships with vendors.
• Continually scout for new business opportunities and maintain existing connections.
• Acquire new property marketing instructions.
• Ingeniously market properties to prospective buyers.
• Contract completions and up-selling of auxiliary products.
• Craft captivating property brochures encompassing vibrant photos and descriptions.
• Canvassing localities, door knocking, and leaflet distribution.
• Ensuring properties comply with health and safety standards.

Essential Skills:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Prior experience as an Estate Agent
• Team-oriented spirit fostering mutual growth.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service delivery.
• Proactive with a good telephone demeanour and strong IT skills.
• Keen attention to detail, working both independently and as a team leader.

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + commission with £55k OTE
