Day-to-day of the role:

• Operate with the autonomy of a self-employed model while enjoying the benefits of being fully employed.
• Provide a comprehensive end-to-end service for customers from valuation to the completion of sale.

• Build and maintain strong local relationships to generate business and offer exceptional customer service that leads to rave reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to be the best Estate Agent in your area.
• Proven track record in estate agency or a strong sales background with a passion for real estate.
• Excellent marketing and sales skills, with a knack for business generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting relationships with clients.
• Must legally be entitled to work in the UK (proof will be required).
