Day-to-day of the role:
- Operate as a fully employed estate agent with the flexibility of self-employment, managing your own schedule to best serve your clients.
- Provide an end-to-end service for customers from valuation to the completion of sale.
- Focus on building your customer base in a local area you are passionate about through effective marketing, sales skills, and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with local branch hub teams and benefit from central lead management and concierge telephony support to enhance your business operations.

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to be the best estate agent in your area.
- Proven sales skills and a flair for marketing and business generation.
