Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss targets and strategies.
- Coach team members to achieve KPIs and encourage their development and progression.
- Monitor and assess individual performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
- Focus strongly on generating new and repeat business through effective client engagement and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Coordinate with prospective buyers to arrange property viewings that meet their needs.
- Negotiate offers and agree on sales, ensuring all transactions adhere to the highest compliance standards.
- Manage a high volume of workloads efficiently and maintain risk-averse business practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
- Excellent team-building skills to foster a cooperative and enjoyable working environment.
- Strong communication skills to build trust with customers, suppliers, and the community.
- Ability to create and implement effective business plans for the branch.
- Competence in monitoring and assessing the performance of local competitors.
- In-depth understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
- Proven ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and high volume workloads.
- Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office packages with a good telephone manner and attention to detail.
