Branch Manager in Weston Super Mare

The Package:

• Basic up to £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
• OTE £50,000 +
• 5 Months of Supplementary Payments whilst you build your pipeline
• Company Car or Car Allowance
• Career Progression

Responsibilities:- Day to day running of the office and staff management

- Coach your team and encourage development and progression- To deliver exceptional customer service - To increase business levels and exceed targets- Valuing and instructing properties to the market- Sales progression and regular client contact- Staff training and development

Essential:- Estate agency Experience is essential - You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven - Well-presented, communicative and articulate- You must have the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve- Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial

- Full UK Driving License
