Branch Manager – Rustington Basic Salary: £31,000 (+ guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months) Realistic Earnings (including commission): £60,000 (Uncapped) Additional Benefits: Company car or car allowance (£4,000), 33 days holiday (+ birthday off), profit-related bonus scheme, holiday commission, pension, life insurance, private healthcare, company rewards & incentives, and a clear career progression path.
