Branch Manager - Weston Super Mare

The Package:

• Basic Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (DOE)

• OTE: £50,000+

• 5 Months of Supplementary Payments while you build your pipeline

• Company Car or Car Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the office and oversee staff management

• Provide coaching and guidance to your team, promoting development and progression

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

• Drive business growth and exceed targets

• Conduct property valuations and market instructions

• Oversee sales progression and maintain regular client contact

• Train and develop staff to achieve their full potential

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in estate agency is essential

• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and results-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly presentable and articulate

• Strong desire to succeed and achieve set goals

• Full UK Driving License
