• Manage office operations and the sales team

• Maintain effective communication to clients and within the team
• Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity
• Sourcing properties to market
• Management of a small team and branch
• Driving quality and processes across the site
• Travel within the local area

The Person:

• Proven experience as a listing negotiator
