You’ll be the go-to person for all customer's needs whilst naturally promoting and embracing our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way! You will be contracted to 16 hours a week, but you will be flexible to work a pattern of up to 37.5 hours a week to cover peak trading hours, holidays and meet business needs.  We know that work shouldn't get in the way of life, so where possible, hours and shifts will be agreed with you with plenty of notice so that you know exactly what you are doing and when!Key Responsibilities: Attracting and securing new customers and businessEnsuring we maintain high standards, creating and maintaining a loyal customer base and providing a first class serviceAssisting with the general duties within the branchGetting involved in all Branch activities, gaining exposure and supporting all areas of branch businessContributing towards the branch sales targets You: There’s no need for any previous experience as our Specialist to the Trade Certificate (a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship) will arm you with everything you need to know about our business and the products we sell.
