Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PA support to the Branch and Sales Manager, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
- Manage incoming calls and operate the branch switchboard, offering a warm and professional first point of contact.
- Deliver essential administrative support across departments to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare sales quotations, issue invoices, and generate delivery tickets with accuracy.
- Handle daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and keep data up to date.
- Regularly update the sales database to support sales activities.
- Assist the sales team during events and trade shows.
- Conduct monthly stock checks on domestic items.
- Promote clear and timely communication across the team.
- Provide consistently professional and customer-focused service.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Additional Information:
- Start Date: Immediate (subject to notice period)
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience + bonus
