Bookkeeper – Part Time - 3 days a week (School Hours) | £40,000 pro rata | Mon–Wed | Tunbridge Wells - Experience with Xero is essential.Looking for the perfect part-time role to fit around school hours? This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone confident in managing all aspects of bookkeeping. You'll be working in a supportive office environment where team lunches, socials, and a casual dress code are all part of the culture.The ideal candidate will be experienced with Xero (essential) and Dext (ideal), ready to take charge of:
- Full bookkeeping duties
- Payroll for 4–5 staff
- Month-end accounts
- Small-scale credit control
- Invoice processing
- HMRC management
You'll also have the opportunity to educate and improve the business’s systems and processes. With 12 hours a week spread across Monday to Wednesday (4 hours/day), this role is ideal for someone wanting flexibility and work-life balance.Perks include:
