Bookkeeper/Management Accountant - Alma Personnel : Job Details

Our client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper/Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Complete VAT returns
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Day to day bookkeeping
• Dealing with any enquiries from clients via phone and email
• Prepare financial statements
• Work closely with clients and ensure they are supported throughout
• Occasional client visits
• Management accounts

The successful candidate will:

• Be confident and reliable
• Be able to meet deadlines and manage their own workload
• Must have excellent IT skills including Excel
• Having experience in completing tax returns and statutory accounts is beneficial but not essential
• AAT level 4 and practice experience would also be advantageous

Can consider both part time and full-time hours.

Salary is £28,000 - £32,000 , dependent on experience.

This company is located in a rural part of Tamworth, so being able to drive is essential.
