Bookkeeper - TN Recruits : Job Details

Are you a Bookkeeper looking for a new challenge?  Would you like to work for growing Firm with an interesting and varied client base based in Sevenoaks?If so then my client has a great opportunity which will offer excellent exposure and development opportunities for the right candidate.As Bookkeeper within this firm of Chartered Accountants, you will work closely with your portfolio of clients and will be responsible for the following:

• Day to day Bookkeeping using Xero, Sage and QuickBooks - including preparing accounts to trial balance
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Bank reconciliations
• Dealing with client queries and liaising with other Accountants or Managers as required

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate strong double entry bookkeeping knowledge and experience of VAT - ideally in an Accountancy firm. You will enjoy working in fast paced environment and will be well organised with a proactive and flexible approach.  The ability to work in a busy environment and communicate effectively with clients is also highly important.In return, you will receive a competitive salary, study support if required and free parking.
