Our client is a fast-growing telecommunications company located in North London with retail stores across the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.This position will be reporting to the Financial Controller and be responsible for monitoring accounts receivable and payable, keeping organised records and supporting the Financial Controller with general administrative duties and ad hoc work projects.Candidates applying should have previous experience in a bookkeeping/accounts role and be familiar with accounting software.Duties will include;· Responsible for updating accounting software and maintaining accurate financial input· Monthly bank reconciliations· Assisting the Credit Controller with accounts receivable· Responsible for Salestar invoicing and payments· Manage rental invoicing and payments· Entering supplier invoices onto accounting software· Ensuring up to date records of internal database· Assisting the Financial Controller in various accounting dutiesThis position would suit an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant seeking an opportunity to work as part of a finance team in a rapidly expanding business.
