Bookkeeper / Accountant - The GK Group Limited : Job Details

My client, based in St.Albans are looking to recruit an ambitious Accountant with previous experience within an Accounting firm to join its team.

You'll be responsible for

• Maintaining accurate client financial records
• Preparing VAT returns
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Preparing financial statements and reports for clients
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Provide support to junior bookkeeping staff

You have 2-3 years relevant previous experience within an Accountancy Practice, are familiar with Xero / QuickBooks or Sage, have excellent communication skills and work well in a small team. The role is based full time in their offices in St.Albans, so you must be able to commute on a daily basis. Study support on offer
