Bond Administrator - Uniserve Holdings Limited : Job Details

Uniserve is seeking a Bond Administrator to join the team in Tilbury.

To efficiently manage warehouse bond administration, ensuring data accuracy, timely order processing, and effective communication between teams and customers, while maintaining compliance and resolving stock discrepancies.

Please note: Role is a fixed term contract - 12 months - covering maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and system match between our Bond Management System and WMS.
• Accurately allocate and release customer orders.
• Liaise with transport and warehouse teams for smooth collection and delivery.
• Handle and resolve customer service issues via phone and email.
• Review all documentation to maintain 100% adherence to standards.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and operational issues.
• Generate and submit daily reports.
• Complete all core daily administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience:

• Confident with Mircosoft Office programs.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Experience with Bond Management System and WMS.
