BMS Engineer - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

BMS Commissioning Engineer opportunity available with our client, a specialist Bristol-based BMS contractor with over 25 year's experience in the sector. The opportunity comes with a salary of up to £50k depending on experience and a significant monthly car allowance.

This role will be working with a leading contractor who specialise in the supply, installation and commissioning of Trend Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) for End User clients and Mechanical & Electrical contracting organisations.

Our client is currently open to either seasoned BMS professionals or Electrician's who have a basic level of understanding of BMS systems and have previously worked on BMS installation projects. Electricians with experience completing commissioning of boilers, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems would be considered.

BMS Commissioning Engineer Job Responsibilities

• Travelling to sites within 1 hour of Bristol, including schools, office buildings, medical facilities and a number of other commercial settings
• Completing point to point checks on pre-installed systems
• Simulating, testing, and recording system processes once installed
• Handing over the system to the client and completing testing and demonstrations with the client along with providing training on system use

BMS Commissioning Engineer Job Requirements

• Either a fully-qualified Electrician or a BMS-trained Engineer
• Ideally experienced in commissioning Trend BMS systems, but candidates with experience completing installations and/or servicing will be considered
• Experienced in completing commissioning of HVAC systems such as boilers, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems
• CSCS card holder
• Based within a 1 hour 30-minute commute of Bristol
• Full UK driving licence holder

BMS Commissioning Engineer Salary & Benefits

• Salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
• £500 per month car allowance
• 5 hour working week
• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
