Blockchain Engineering Manager | Interchain Messaging Protocol | Up to £200k + Equity

Are you ready to join a dynamic, product-led team that is operating at the forefront of blockchain interoperability? My client is leading the charge with their interchain messaging protocol already gaining serious traction, having raised nearly $20m in their Seed round just last year.

They are addressing an evident need within the industry as there are estimated losses of $2 billion per annum resulting from interchain insecurities, and the sheer prominence of hacking. They are looking to make a string of senior hires, including a Blockchain Engineering Manager, to help scale their operations further.

As their first managerial hire you would be:

• Leading and mentoring a team of talented, self-driven engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high-performance.
• Help to scale the team by identifying leads, screening, and qualifying candidates based on their technical skillset and cultural fit.
• Helping out as an individual contributor when called upon, this will be particularly important with hands-on responsibilities taking up to 50% of your time (Rust/Typescript/Solidity).
