Block Manager – Mixed-Use Portfolio

£30,000 - £40,000k DOE - Hybrid Working After Probation

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Block Manager or a Property Manager ready to step up into a more complex and rewarding role. You’ll be responsible for a diverse portfolio of 15–20 buildings, including mixed commercial and residential sites, with some estate management duties.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of a high-risk building (50 units) alongside your wider portfolio, ensuring compliance, safety, and excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day block management across 15–20 buildings
• Oversight of service charge budgets, compliance, and health & safety
• Resident and leaseholder engagement
• Minor estate management duties
• Contractor coordination and reactive maintenance
• Site visits and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in block or property management
• Confidence managing high-risk buildings or willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• IRPM qualification (or working towards) desirable

This role could suit a Property Manager currently in the early £30ks bracket looking to grow into a more senior position, with full training and support provided.

Working Hours & Flexibility

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Hybrid working: Tuesday and Friday WFH after 6-month probation
