A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Block Manager to join an extremely well respected property management company based at their office in Cardiff.

Block Manager – Benefits 

• £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

Block Manager – Duties

• Assisting with effective management of the residential block management portfolio
• Be the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and residents
• Deal with all aspects of the portfolio assigned, including site visits and any repairs
• Ensure company hits service agreement levels 
• Maximise property assets for freeholders and leaseholder
• Assist with the service charge collection

Block Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous Block Management or Property Management experience is essential 
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills 
• Able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy 
• You will ideally be IRPM qualified
