Biology Teacher - Academics : Job Details

Can you teach Biology to KS5? Have you taught general Science to KS4? Are you available to start in April?

Academics Ltd has been asked by one of our client schools in Stafford to help source an ambitious and passionate Biology Teacher, the role is due to start in April 2024 and will go up to December covering a maternity leave.

The school require a Biology Teacher that can teach up to KS5. The daily rate will be discussed during registration.

This is an Ofsted "Good" school and the expectations for the students and staff alike are set at a very high standard.The successful candidate will:

* Be a qualified teacher (ideally PGCE, GTP, B'ed, Cert Ed, BA with QTS) with experience of teaching Biology and Science up to KS4.

* Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high.

* Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example.

* Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies.
