Billings specialist - Portfolio Credit Control : Job Details

As my client continues to grow they are looking to bring on board an experienced Billings specialist to help improve their processes and drive growth with the team as they move into new sectors and regions.The Role:As the Billings Specialist, you'll play a vital part in the finance team, ensuring the smooth and timely process of raising PO's, Portal Invoices, system and data admin, from their clients - many of whom operate on complex billing cycles common in the recruitment sector.

The role in question is a hero role for the right person who will be able to show demonstrable experience in a previous environment working collaboratively with AP, AR, Billings and many other functions within the department.Key Responsibilities:Building strong working relationships with consultants and clientsReconciliation of accounts and allocation of paymentsSupporting with cash flow forecasting and credit risk assessmentLiaising with payroll and sales teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies

Raise multiple PO's daily

Data and system cleansing

Accounts billing and invoice raising.

What We're Looking For:

• Accounts Billing or Credit Control background is essential
• Recruitment industry experience would be advantageous
• Demonstrable experience in improving processes
• Attention to detail
• Data and system entry experience is essential.
