Our client, a leader in commercial service solutions, are recruiting for a Billings Administrator to join their thriving UK-wide team.This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced support team delivering top-tier service to commercial account customers and internal colleagues. You’ll manage warranty claims, monitor payments, and provide proactive account support, all while working closely with field technicians, planners, and various internal departments.Key Responsibilities for a Billings Administrator:
- Producing customer quotation and parts ordering when approved.
- Tracking warehouse orders to coordinate deliveries with the technicians schedule.
- Ensuring that all information is processed correctly onto the system.
- Uploading quotes and invoices and validating transactions against purchase order values.
- Warranty evaluation and raising orders and invoices for chargeable work.
- Proactive customer engagement including call logging and updating customers with ETA’s and completion on the call.
- Provide pricing upon request.
Key Skills for a Billings Administrator:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Excellent telephone manner, able to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in an inbound customer service role.
- Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
