Billing Manager - Totum : Job Details

Totum Partners is collaborating with a leading law firm to recruit a Billing Manager, offering flexibility in location with occasional travel. You'll lead a team of billers and e-billers, assisting in team management and restructuring.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the billing team.

Establish optimal billing/e-billing processes.

Provide effective solutions for unique billing scenarios.

Track billing/e-billing statistics.

Reduce backlog in submissions.

Identify process and system enhancements.

Deliver high-standard billing training.

Serve as the ultimate escalation point for billing.

Assist Finance Operations Manager in driving projects.

Contribute as a key core project team member.

Requirements:

Experience in legal or professional services

Strong people and change management skills.

Experience with billing and e-billing platforms advantageous

Proven ability to identify solutions for diverse billing needs.
