Billing & Credit Control Analyst - 3 Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for your next contract opportunity? A rapidly growing international organisation is seeking a Billing & Credit Control Analyst to join their central finance team supporting multiple countries. This is an initial 3-month contract with strong potential to extend.
This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, ambitious environment, supporting the delivery of billing and credit control processes while developing your skills in an expanding, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely invoices and statements across multiple billing cycles.
- Support the design and distribution of invoice templates tailored to organisational policies.
- Manage penalty or miscellaneous income billing.
- Collaborate with the credit control function to respond to queries, reconcile customer accounts, and manage deposit refunds.
- Liaise with auditors regarding billing and debtor queries.
- Support month-end processes, including debtor analysis, revenue reconciliations, and other finance activities as needed.
- Provide ad hoc support to senior finance colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in credit control, debt collection, or billing.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and other common finance tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a positive team player.
Desirable:
- Experience using ERP or financial workflow systems.
- Exposure to fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Experience in international finance operations is a plus but not essential.
