Billing Analyst - Career Legal : Job Details

This client is global law firm with offices in key business centres across the Americas, Asia and Europe. The firm employs approximately 2000 lawyers. Their London office has a headcount of circa 800 and offices in the City

A permanent position has opened up for a Billing Analyst to join their Accounts department. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of billing related activities and ensuring that correct procedures are followed.

• Process time and disbursement write-offs

• Assist with working capital management

• Assisting with client and matter rates management

• Review and verify accuracy of billing documentation

• Resolve billing queries

• Create and distribute related reports

• Assist with projects as required

Candidate Profile

• The successful candidate will have significant experience in a billing position, in a global law firm environment

• Effective communication skills

• The ability to prioritise workloads

• Good knowledge of SARs and UK VAT

• Adaptable and flexible
