Job Description :

We’re looking for a Billing Administrator to join our Client's Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the chance to support key upcoming projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Ensure billing data is correct and up to date
  • Investigate and resolve billing queries with customers and colleagues
  • Support month-end and year-end processes

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or finance admin
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel and data-entry skills
