Billable Officer - Facilities Management

• Location: Wakefield - WF1,
• Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

We are seeking a Billable Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial for supporting key financial and administrative functions within our organisation. It is perfectly suited for individuals who possess a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and have experience in finance-related activities.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Raise purchase orders and process reactive works.
• Administer tasks within the Facilities Management Environment (FME).
• Review applications for payment and verify job completion.
• Manage and maintain records within the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system.
• Monitor and respond to queries in the Interval FM inbox.
• Raise PO's and invoices.
• Perform cross-checks and validations using Excel.
• Support invoice processing and other finance-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in finance administration or facilities management.
• Proficiency in Excel and CAFM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
