Bid Writer - CRP Group : Job Details

CRP Group are recruiting on behalf of one of their clients who are a leading Grounds Maintenance company, looking for a Bid Writer to join their growing team.

The Bid Writer will report into one of the Bid Managers and be responsible for creating technically sound and customer centric content, for a large volume of bids across multiple services. Additionally, they will also focus on developing the look and feel of our bid documents in order for them to reflect our business culture and values.

The successful Bid Writer will have/ be:

• In depth industry knowledge to articulate solutions to customer requirements.
• Creative flair to develop speculative proposals.
• Experience winning and retaining contracts, ideally within grounds maintenance, arboriculture, landscaping and vegetation management services.
• Ability to operate at high pace with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Work well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Manage fluctuating workload while keeping to tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Experience within the grounds maintenance/FM sector is highly desirable but not essential
