Bid Coordinator – MEP Consultancy

Bristol

We’re looking for a talented Bid Coordinator to join one of our Engineering clients based in Bristol. You will take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, from qualification through to contract award.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of producing compelling, project-winning proposals and submissions, setting the standard for all bids. You’ll work closely with senior directors, supporting strategy, value proposition, and risk management while ensuring every bid reflects the brand at its best.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the production of high-quality proposals, PQQs, ITTs, and RFPs
• Coordinate bid schedules and deadlines across the business
• Write, edit, and proof responses to ensure clarity, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate with directors and stakeholders to shape winning strategies
• Support with presentations, marketing collateral, and framework management
• Continuously improve processes and share best practice across the team

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational and communication skills, with great attention to detail
• A proactive, can-do approach and the ability to work under pressure
• Experience leading and implementing bid-winning strategies
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Ideally, knowledge of the built environment and construction industry
