BI Programme Manager - BeTechnology Group Limited : Job Details

The role:

• Overseeing the timely and budget-conscious delivery of the Business Intelligence transformation programme and associated projects.
• Establishing and maintaining a well-structured programme with robust governance, ensuring alignment with the team's agile working methodology.
• Monitoring and communicating the program's delivery progress, financial performance, and addressing risks and issues with transparency to both IT and business leaders.

The Programme & About the project :

• Enable the formulation of a strategic plan for implementing Business Intelligence technology and driving organisational change.
• Establishing a fresh reporting platform (Power BI at its core) with the incorporation of new tools such as AI, Machine Learning, and enhanced visualisation tools.
• Assessing the impact on various business processes and all enterprise-class data categories
• Outline the stages of the Business Intelligence transformation required to execute the strategic business plan.
• Promote and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the Business & IT Team.

You must have:

• Possess formal qualifications in programme/project management
• Exhibit extensive experience in managing multimillion-pound programmes, showcasing the capability to deliver within specified timelines and budget constraints
• Proficient in building and overseeing stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrate leadership in directing senior personnel throughout the organization
• Expertise in aligning business requirements with technology, ensuring the program is driven by addressing business challenges rather than being solely technology-focused.

Experience:

• 10 years' experience in IT
• 5 years' experience leading complex IT change programmes
• Demonstrable experience of project delivery
• Reporting into board level
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Confident and driven
