We are seeking skilled Bench Hand Joiners / Cabinet Makers to join a busy and growing joinery and fit-out team based in Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to secure a permanent role within a well-established workshop that delivers high-quality bespoke joinery for large and prestigious projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bench hand joinery and cabinet making to a high standard.
• Reading and working from technical drawings.
• Confident use of woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
• Working independently as well as part of a team.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and workmanship.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bench hand joinery or cabinet making.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Competent in the safe use of woodworking machinery and tools.
• Positive, proactive approach with willingness to learn new skills.

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
• Early finish on Fridays.

Start Date: Immediate

Pay Rate: Dependent on experience, with overtime opportunities available.
