Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships with students to support behavioural and emotional development.
• Deliver tailored interventions and mentoring sessions.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or youth work setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour calmly and effectively.
• Relevant qualifications or training in behaviour management, youth work, or education (desirable but not essential).
