An inclusive and supportive SEMH school in Orpington is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team from 1st September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students who need guidance, structure, and positive role models to help them thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with SEMH needs in managing behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Build strong, trusting relationships to encourage engagement and progress.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals to implement tailored strategies.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour.
• Calm, resilient, and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
